This immunity shot one of our favorite healthy juice shots to make at home that takes less than 15 minutes in total! These juice shots are jam packed with a bunch of healthy vitamins and nutrients that are immune boosting to keep you healthy all year long!
We make 8 of these delicious immunity shots at a time and they last us for 4 days in the fridge– This is the easiest way for us to prep for the week and is an easy grab and go way to incorporate juices into your morning routine!
The ingredients are simple: Ginger, Lemon, Apple, Turmeric + Cayenne (optional)
We use the Nutribullet Juicer, but you can even use a high speed blender and strain the juice after to remove the pulp! This juicer is super affordable for those who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars on an expensive juicer!
First you’ll want to start by washing everything and you can also peel the ginger and turmeric (we don’t, but you can if you prefer!) We also hand juiced the lemon since we didn’t want to peel it ourselves– again, totally up to you on how you want to do it!
After you’re done juicing, just pour it up and top it off with some cayenne if you want an extra kick! Also, these cute “shot” glasses are from Hobby Lobby, and we got them for about $1 each! They’re perfect for juice shots since they seal well and keep airtight!
These will store in the fridge for a few days, so make sure you enjoy them within 3-5 days of making! Cheers!
